Please leave the property in the same condition as you would like to find it upon arrival.
Handle both the interior and exterior furnishings with care.
Leave everything neat and clean for the next guests.
Furniture should be used only for its intended purpose. If it is rearranged, it must be returned to its original position on the day of departure.
The settings on technical devices should not be altered, and you must read the user instructions before use.
Smoking and bringing pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors during this time and avoid loud music or other noise.
Do not leave trash on the property. Please dispose of it in the designated waste containers.
You must inform the owner if any damage occurs to the property. The guest is responsible for any damage that happens during their stay. In the case of personal injury, please contact your own insurance company. In such cases, the owner cannot be held responsible, but will gladly offer advisory assistance.
Documents – upon arrival, guests must have valid travel documents for check-in. Documents will be returned the same day after check-in.
